حذف حسابكِ في تطبيق كلينيكا أ

من التطبيق

1. افتحي تطبيق كلينيكا أ وسجّلي الدخول.
2. ادخلي إلى «الحساب».
3. اضغطي «حذف الحساب» ثم «حذف نهائي».

بدون التطبيق

راسلينا من رقمكِ المسجّل على واتساب العيادة +964 776 551 9772 أو على البريد [email protected] بعنوان «حذف حسابي»، ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام ونؤكّد لكِ ذلك.

ماذا يُحذف

• حساب الدخول إلى التطبيق، وتُسجَّل الخروج من كل الأجهزة.
• معرّفات الإشعارات وبيانات الأجهزة.
• مواعيدكِ القادمة تُلغى.

ماذا يبقى لدى العيادة

الملف العلاجي وسجل الزيارات والفواتير، لأن الأنظمة الصحية والمحاسبية تلزم العيادة بالاحتفاظ بها. لا تُستخدم هذه السجلات للتسويق.

Delete your Clinica A account

In the app

1. Open the Clinica A app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete.

Without the app

Message us from your registered number on the clinic's WhatsApp (+964 776 551 9772) or email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your app login; you are signed out on every device.
• Notification tokens and device data.
• Your upcoming appointments are cancelled.

What the clinic keeps

Your treatment record, visit history and invoices, which health and accounting rules require the clinic to keep. These records are never used for marketing.
