Medical Director

We are looking for a medical director to lead the clinical team at ClinicaA and make sure every service is delivered to one clear standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical team, allocate duties and manage rotas
• Write and review treatment protocols, and enforce adherence to them
• Review complex cases and take the clinical decision on them
• Monitor the quality of outcomes and handle clinical complaints
• Train new doctors and technicians
• Coordinate with management on devices and medical supplies

Requirements

• Medical degree with a specialisation, preferably dermatology or aesthetics
• A valid licence to practise
• Previous management experience in a clinic or clinical department
• Able to build and document protocols
• Team leadership and decision-making skills
