- A booking is confirmed by calling +964 771 206 5065 or in person, and is acknowledged by message.
- Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may require rescheduling.
- Cancellation or postponement is to be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- Results of cosmetic procedures differ from one person to another; no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
- Home-care products sold are neither exchanged nor returned once the package has been opened.
- Following the post-session instructions is a condition for any complimentary follow-up visit.
